We offer different customized levels of protection training to ensure that all of your, our clients’, needs are met.
SERVICE DOG Training
Our certified service dogs are handpicked according to their future owners’ needs. The dogs start their training at an early age to ensure that they are sound, secure, and able to perform the services they are expected to do. The dogs are trained for various levels of PTSD, TBI, AUTISM and selected MOBILITY.
Socialization Therapy
Canines need to socialize with other dogs as humans need to be around other humans. Socialization in a safe environment is key to a balanced and mentally stable dog.
HYDROTHERAPY
At Van Hendrix K-9, we incorporate this single modality exercise in rehabilitative programs for mind and body of our canines. It is great in assisting with post-surgical healing, weight loss, muscle build and many other facets of the dog’s physiology. However, we, here at VHK-9, apply hydrotherapy in various forms to also assist us in the rehabilitation of our canine’s psychology. Hydrotherapy is a great tool when build into aggression rehabilitation and behavior modification programs.
